Can I update my site myself?
Yes. You manage pages, products, projects, images and menus from the panel; no coding is needed. If you get stuck, you write to us from the panel.
What happens to my old site’s position on Google?
We redirect every one of your old addresses to its new page, so the position you have earned is kept. We cannot promise that your ranking will rise, but we do all the technical work required and measure it.
How many languages can the site have?
Turkish, English, German and Russian come ready. Other languages are added from the panel; untranslated content is shown to visitors in the default language.
Will my e-mail be affected by the move?
No. Your e-mail service stays where it is; only the site’s address is pointed to the new server. After the change we check every record again.
My domain is registered elsewhere; do I have to move it?
No. Your domain stays yours and stays with its registrar. You only point the site’s address to our server; we do this together, step by step.
What if I don’t like the design?
We don’t arrive with a single design: we present at least two different directions. If you like neither, we prepare new ones; and we refine the one you choose together.
Will my site look right on a phone?
Yes. Every screen is built and checked separately on a phone, and speed is measured on a phone too. Fixed “Call” and “Get a quote” buttons at the bottom make it easy for visitors to reach you.
Do you provide support after the site goes live?
Yes. A backup is taken every night and updates are installed with your approval. When you have a problem or a request you write from the panel; it reaches us directly and you see the reply in the panel.
How long does it take to build the site?
It depends on the number of pages and languages and on whether the content to be moved is ready. After the first meeting we give you the scope and a schedule in writing.
How is the price set?
By the number of pages and languages, the content to be moved and any special requests. After reviewing your current site we send a quote that lists item by item what is included.
What do you do about visitor data and privacy law?
Sites come with cookie consent: maps, video and statistics are not loaded until the visitor allows them. We prepare templates for the privacy notice and cookie policy; you need to read the final versions. Your site is hosted on a server in Turkey.
