Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Dijital Köprü processes your personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Personal data we process
- Contact details: the name, phone number, email address and message content you share when you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or a form.
- Security data: the IP address, date and time and browser information recorded in server logs when you visit the site.
- Cookie data: the cookies described in the Cookie Policy; non-essential ones only with your consent.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Answering your request, preparing site surveys and quotes, providing the service: conclusion and performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Running the site securely and preventing misuse: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Visitor statistics and external content such as maps and videos: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). You can withdraw it at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the site.
Transfers
Your personal data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be shared with the hosting provider in Türkiye and, where required by law, with competent public authorities. External services you consent to (Google Analytics, Google Maps, YouTube) may process data on servers outside Türkiye (KVKK Art. 9).
Retention
Data is kept for as long as the law requires or the purpose of processing needs, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction, to have these actions notified to the recipients, to object to results produced solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
